We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, located in a peaceful street yet conveniently close to the market in HSR layout. The staff was friendly, polite, and always available to assist in any way. The rooms were clean, comfy, and equipped with all basic facilities to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, a great way to start the day. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a rejuvenating experience. The balcony provided a nice view and added an element of relaxation.

We did have some issues with the room service, which could be improved further.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, being situated on a calm and peaceful street while still being close to major roads. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the clean and hygienic rooms and the basic amenities provided, along with a delicious breakfast selection to choose from.

We did have some negative experiences during our stay. The room size was smaller than expected and the bed took up most of the space, making it uncomfortable for two people.
